Ghost Race – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ghost Race on any platform (web or mobile), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. Eligibility

Ghost Race is designed for players of all ages, including children. However, players under the age of digital consent in their country must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of Ghost Race, including leaderboards and saved progress, you may register an account using email, Google, or Facebook. A guest mode (“Ghost Mode”) is also available with limited functionality.

Passwords and other sensitive data are securely encrypted using Supabase authentication systems. This data is not accessible to the developers.

4. User Content

Players may choose a public nickname and country (not necessarily their real name or country), and optionally select an in-game avatar. This information may be visible to others in features like leaderboards.

You are responsible for ensuring that your nickname does not contain offensive, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content. Inappropriate nicknames may be changed or removed.

5. Game Usage and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation, or manipulation tools.

• Interfere with the game's servers or other users’ gameplay.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app or database.

Cheating may result in the removal of invalid race records or account suspension.

6. In-Game Purchases

Ghost Race is free to play. Optional in-game purchases may be available to enhance your experience. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Analytics and Data

The game may collect non-personal data such as:

• Race performance

• Progress

• Device type and usage patterns

This helps improve the game experience and ensure fair competition. No personal or sensitive data is shared or sold.

8. Suspension and Termination

The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, especially in cases of cheating or abuse. Race records achieved through unauthorized methods may be deleted.

9. Updates and Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Ghost Race after an update means you accept the new terms. Major changes will be communicated in-game or via update notes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be resolved under Greek jurisdiction.
